Foster Law Firm is pleased to announce that it has launched its’ new website,ERISAExperience.com, on May 1, 2008. The firm will maintain its old website atwww.fosterfoster.com. The firm is excited about the new site which is focused exclusively on the firm’s ERISA and insurance practice. Firm Attorney Rob Hoskins, who heads the ERISA and Insurance practice, says “We are very excited about the new website and the opportunities it presents for us and our clients. We feel provides us greater leeway to provide information and to interact with our ERISA and insurance clients.” The new website will have many of the same features as the firm’s main site, but will have many new features also. Some of the new features include more video, expanded biographies for the firm’s ERISA and insurance attorneys, a section which provides up-to-date news stories relating to ERISA generally and, Hoskins says, that the firm is most excited about the case log. The case log will contain detailed discussions about notable court decisions in cases in which the firm’s ERISA and insurance attorneys have represented a party. The case discussions provide the insight of the attorney who handled the claim and links to related and helpful information. Finally, the site should be easier for the firm’s ERISA and insurance clients to navigate because there is no substantive information on the site to wade through other than that which pertains to ERISA and insurance cases. Additionally, the firm will launch a companion site to ERISAExperience.com which will serve as a forum for discussion of ERISA issues. The forum site is located at www.ERISABoard.com. The forum will present an open and free board for discussion of ERISA issues.
